We ship across India! From metro cities to remote towns, we deliver fresh, quality chikkis right to your doorstep.
Delivery Time
- Standard delivery: 3-7 business days from order confirmation
- Metro cities: Usually 3-5 business days
- Other locations: 5-7 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary during festivals, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹1,000: FREE shipping 🎉
- Orders below ₹1,000: Shipping charges calculated based on product weight at checkout
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive:
- Tracking number via email and SMS
- Real-time updates on your delivery status
- Estimated delivery date
Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you fresh and intact. All packages are carefully sealed to maintain product quality.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept:
- Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2-3 times
- You'll be notified via call/SMS
- Unclaimed orders will be returned to us

2. RETURN POLICY
2.1 No Returns or Exchanges
We maintain the highest quality standards and rigorously check all products before dispatch. Therefore:
- All sales are final
- We do not accept returns or exchanges
- No refunds for change of mind
2.2 Exceptions - Damaged or Defective Products
We will accept returns only in the following cases:
Damaged Products:
- Product received in damaged/broken condition due to transit
- Packaging is torn or tampered
Defective Products:
- Product is spoiled, stale, or unfit for consumption
- Manufacturing defect affecting quality
Wrong Product Delivered:
- You received a different product than what you ordered
2.3 How to Report Issues
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

- Order number
- Clear photos of the product showing the damage/defect
- Clear photos of the packaging
- Brief description of the issue
Step 3: Our team will review your case within 24-48 hours
2.4 Return Process (for approved cases only)
- Once your claim is approved, we'll arrange for product pickup (if required)
- Return shipping is FREE for valid claims
- Product must be unused and in original packaging (opened only to check for damage)
3. REFUND POLICY
3.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued only for:
- Damaged or defective products (after verification)
- Wrong product delivered
- Non-delivery due to courier issues (after investigation)
- Order cancellation before dispatch
- Non-serviceable pin code
3.2 Non-Refundable Cases
No refunds will be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Delay in delivery beyond our control
- Failed delivery due to incorrect address provided by customer
- Failed delivery due to recipient unavailability or refusal
- Issues reported after 24 hours of delivery
- Products consumed or packaging discarded
- Taste or flavor preference (all products are made to standard recipes)
3.3 Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:
- Replacement: We'll ship a replacement product at no extra cost (3-7 business days)
- Refund: Money will be refunded to your original payment method
3.4 Refund Timeline
- Online Payments (UPI/Card/Net Banking): 7-10 business days from approval
- Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer within 7-10 business days (we'll collect your account details)
Note: Refund timelines depend on your bank's processing time. We initiate refunds immediately after approval.
3.5 Partial Refunds
In case of partial damage (e.g., one item damaged in a multi-product order), we'll issue:
- Replacement for the damaged item only, OR
- Partial refund for the damaged item
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation
- You can cancel your order before it is dispatched

- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled
4.2 Seller-Initiated Cancellation

- Suspected fraudulent transaction
- Force majeure events
Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days for seller-initiated cancellations.
